We all know about our own Kitchen but vaastu Shashtra is known as the science of Indian ancient architecture.

There are so many energies effecting our body and place. Some energy is visible but some are invisible. The Indian ancient science also gives knowledge of invisible energies which are affecting our day to day life. The energy we receive through food is visible and all we know that our own kitchen is the source of this visible energy. So it is very important source of energy for the entire family. We need to have special attention to be energized always for happy healthy life. It is the old thinking that `as we take food so become our thoughts`.

It is the Kitchen from where we get mental and physical energy according to the purity of the food we take. It is the place which is totally in command and control of wife or other female members of the family.

How can we get the best energy through our kitchen? The science of Indian architecture Vaastu Shashtra, help us to guide in this direction.  If we also include the knowledge of astrology than the planet Venus represents wife and the direction representing Venus is South East as per Indian thought. So the Kitchen is supposed to be in the South East direction. Kitchen is also the place of fire which is represented by planet Mars also known as Mangal in hindi language but since the direction SE is under the command and control of wife, it is represented by planet Venus.

In Indian culture the lady of the house after taking bath early morning, first pray the God and then enter the kitchen to prepare food for the family. So it is essential that the Sun Rays of early morning also reach in the kitchen and clean the atmosphere from any type of germs with energetic Sunrays and clean air. To get both these energies in the kitchen there should be big window in the east direction and also one small window in the south direction to get proper air circulation and also afternoon heat to clean any strong harmful germs remain in the kitchen.

In Vaastu Shashtra, the left portion of the body is cooling and right portion of the body is hot, so should be our Vaastu. To apply this principle, our drinking water should be kept in North East direction of the kitchen that is the left side when facing to east and fire element that is stove should be kept in SE direction of the kitchen. Lady should face to east when coocking.

We can keep the fridge in south direction as it emit heat and ration should be kept in the west  direction if it is to be kept in kitchen only. Utensils should also be kept in the west or south direction. The utensils we use these days are made up of steel which are represented by planet Saturn also called as Shani in hindi and the place of Shani is the west direction. It is essential that each and every item should be kept at its own place or of the friendly planetary direction. Ration is also represented by Planet Shani and hence it has to be kept in the west direction to get proper energy balance in the kitchen.

Colour of the Kitchen room;-

Kitchen can be painted with Pink or yellow colour.

Measurement of the kitchen as per vaastu science—

Take the length and breadth in to centimeter or inch then multiply length and breadth. Divide the result by 8. The ideal size is that after division, 2 should remain balance. This is the ideal measurement to enjoy the good invisible energy come out of this measurement of kitchen.

We have here discussed the ideal model of kitchen with proper direction to enjoy healthy wealthy life for the whole family.

Energy of the kitchen room:-

To enjoy good healthy food, it is also necessary that the lady preparing food should also be healthy and joyful. If the ground energy of the place or impact of the placement is negative then the food prepared will also give negative effects. Here we need the expert advice  to get the energy of the place checked.

Effects of wrong kitchen as per vaastu science:-

In case if the kitchen is not in right direction and the interior is also not as per Vaastu principles then what could be the effects on us? Let us see that also.

Loans and repayments:-

These days a new credit culture has come up. Young couples   purchase either through credit cards or home through bank loans. The tension rises when we failed to our expectations of earnings and run here and there to pay the dues or get trapped with loan amount increasing day by day with heavy interest. Facing loss in business is also could be the result of wrong interior of the kitchen.

In most of the cases it is seen that if the sink of the kitchen is in the South east direction and stove kept in the north or north east direction then also we have to face such situation in life.

Kitchen in South direction:-

In case the kitchen is in south direction and the lady is cooking food facing to south then the problems related to heat can be seen in the family health like high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, joint pains etc. In case if there is no option than that interior arrangements can be made as advised earlier.

Kitchen in South West direction:-

If the kitchen is in south west direction and the lady making food facing to south than

heated arguments between husband and wife could be seen in the family. It all depend upon the patience in the family members but the impact of the wrong placement could be

seen.

Kitchen in the west direction of the house:-

Kitchen in the west direction and cooking facing to west can increase hardship in the life

North West direction of the Kitchen:-

If the kitchen is in this direction then the expenses could be more than earning.

North facing Kitchen:-

Sometimes husband and wife both earn with their high intellectuality and get good financial gain but if the cocking is done facing to North direction in North side kitchen than there are chances to lose earned money suddenly.

North East direction Kitchen:-

It is the direction of God to whom we pray always. Kitchen in this direction can increase over burden and obstructions in life.

East direction Kitchen:-

Though the lady of the house enjoys all facilities which can be got through money but there may not be happiness in heart. This could be the impact of kitchen in this direction.

All these expectation given over here are just to check the expected impacts. It is not necessary that everybody must face such effects. Nobody knows the results of past karmas of an individual in present life. The impact could be reduced or increased as per the own individual energy of the person, but I shall be grateful to the readers to please share their experiences to help me to increase my knowledge.

Most of the experts are using the word vastu to acknowledge the science of Indian Architecture.
My opinion is different from this.  Why?   To me, ‘vaastu’ is where the ‘vastu’ the matter dwells or reside. To clear my view more, I wish to tell one story.
A small son was called back from the school urgently by his uncle. When he came back at home, he had seen that lot of people were gathered there. All his known relatives were present in the mourn situation… His mother when seen him started weeping loudly and said that Oh my son your father had left us and we became alone and helpless. Surprisingly he could not understand it, because he was seeing his father was sleeping at the floor. He said that Oh mummy what is wrong with you, why father is not on the bed but on the floor, can`t you see father lying at the floor before you? But why all these people are gathered here? What is wrong? His mother again replied weepingly that no my son your father had left us. Son was surprised, why my mother is weeping and saying wrong? My father is sleeping here.
You must have understood that the small son could not realize that his father is dead now and he sees the body of his father surprisingly. The question come in mind that who has left. No doubt that is the soul that had left. Then who is that lying over there? It is the body of that soul who left. Is it not clear that it was the soul residing in that body that left?   In other words the soul and the body both are different.
If I apply this principle on me then it comes out that I the soul reside in the body. I am different and the body is different. When I shall leave this body, the nearer and dearer would disposed of the body by surrendering it to fire or burry it under the ground.
In the language of Vaastu Shastra I the soul vastu (matter) reside in the house called human body, which is the best natural vaastu in the universe. I soul (invisible) vastu reside in the vaastu called as human body. This is the difference between vastu and vaastu.

Vaastu of Human Body
To understand the principles of Vaastu, one can follow the principles of the human body functions, right from the first breath till the last breath. As per the experts an adult human body consists of about 60000billions cells, each cell contains about 200 billions molecules and each molecule is made up of about 30000 atoms. If we know the total population of the world, we can imagine the volume of population with in the one human body it self. We can also think of the management of this population with the automatic process. This process could be un known to a common person.  Ancient Indian Jain Shastra state that a human body can have to face 56899584 types of diseases. How will you compare the findings of ancient Rishis and the modern science?
If I stand facing to East than my left side will be in North direction and my right side will be in South direction. We all know that Sun seen travelling from East to South then to South, then to South West, then to West every day. The extreme heat in the atmosphere like India will be at noon when sun seen in the South direction. At this time Sun spread most harmful rays in the atmosphere and hence the direction of South is also known in Indian Vaastu Shastra as the direction of YAM the lord of death. The magnetic energy of the mother earth is also travelling from North to south always, ending at south direction it self.
The sun seen to us travelling from East to West.. It is not sun which travels, but it is the mother earth which rotates anti clock wise travelling around the Sun, because of which we see the sun travelling clock wise through the South direction. The entire south portion is then called the hot portion. Same is our body and Vaastu ( the constructed place).Our body is made up of  the balanced composition of five elements called Akaash (Eather), Air, Water, Fire and Earth. The imbalance of these five elements in the body made the body dis-eased.
Door and windows of human body.
This Human House has different doors and windows. Our Mouth is the main door. The rectum, from where we pass all waste material of the body is the rear side small  door of the body, so should be our  vaastu.
Our Human House has three pairs of windows. The eyes which take light energy from out side, a pair of ears which take sound energy, and a pair of two holes of the nose which take cooling and hot air from the universe to balance the body temperature automatically. The imbalance of temperature in this human house can again create the body in dis-eased condition. The constructed house, known as Vaastu also behave like living being. We breathe hot air from our right nostril. In the night the sun travels from west to east through North direction, spreading coolness and hence this sides are called cooling side and the same function is seen in  the human body and vaastu the constructed place . Our left nostril takes the cooling air in the body. Rest in the next article..
